Ingredients: -

Plantain - 1kg (medium ripe banana). Shredded coconut – 1/2cup Cashew nuts -10 nos Raisins -10nos Cardamom powder -1tspn Sugar –as required Ghee -2tbsp Oil –for frying

Preparation Heat ghee in a pan add raisins,cashew nuts to it fry till it is golden colour,then add grated coconut and saute 2sec,add some sugar and cardamom powder and keep aside. Steam the plantain (medium ripe banana)until it is soft. Then allow it to cool for few minutes and mash it .Grease your hand with oil and take some plantain on your hand and flatten it using your fingers then Place some coconut filling in the middle and seal the edges. Make it into a cylindrical shape next fry the stuffed plantain in a pan till all the sides are golden brown.

Your yummy unnakaya ready to serve .Enjoy Dears!!!
